Potato salad with mint

Serves: 4 persons



  • 750 gr CêlaVíta Ready to Heat mini parisienne
  • Fresh mint
  • Fresh dill
  • 5 scallions or spring unions
  • 25 ml of sour cream
  • 25 ml crème fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking cream
  • Pepper and salt


Mix the sour cream, crème fraiche, mayonnaise and cooking cream well together. Put the CêlaVíta Ready to Heat mini parisienne in a separate bowl and sprinkle the finely chopped mint and dill over it. Cut the spring onions into fine rings and mix with the parisienne. Add the desired quantity of the cream mixture and season it with pepper and salt to taste. Keep the potato salad covered in the refrigerator until use.
